All shortages MUST be reported to our customer service department within 24 hours of the customer receiving the shipment. All returns must be authorized by Classic Embroidery Inc. Please call 888-284-8904 to corroborate any returns through UPS or FedEx, and to receive a return authorization number from Classic Embroidery Inc. ANY unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
