Yes. We offer blanks as well as items that can be embellished with embroidery, screen printing or lasering.
Can all the items on your site be embroidered with not only your stock design, but with customized designs?
Yes
Are all these designs available for screen printing and lasering?
No. Screen printing and lasering is a very different process from embroidery. The screen printing and laser etching option is only offered to our corporate or ASI customers, not retail customers. The reason for this is due to setting up the customized screens and computerized specifications which has not been predetermined or done for the stock designs we offer you on this site.
Do you have a minimum quantity that must be ordered?
No. We handle both small and large sized orders. We believe every individual should have the same quality embellished garment at the lowest price possible. However, the larger the order the lower your end cost will be. This is due to costs set for us from our vendors and clothing manufacturers. Although we do try keep many garments in stock, it would be impossible for us to anticipate all future clothing trends. Therefore we have to ship in items. For us to order and ship in one piece at a time is costly to us. We do our very best to absorb as much of that cost as possible, but in the end your prices will be slightly higher. Unfortunately it's the nature of the business. We wish we could charge the same for 1 piece orders as we do for a 200 piece order.
Do you offer discounts for larger quantities ordered?
Yes. For orders between 12-36 pieces there is a 10% discount. For orders of 36-72 pieces there is a 20% discount.
Do the prices next to the garment include embroidery?
No. The price next to the garment picture is for unembellished garments (blanks). You will need to go to the drop down bar and search our stock designs. Once you have chosen a stock design, the cost of that design will be seen and added to the cost of the blank garment at checkout.
How is embroidery priced?
There are several factors that effect the price of your order. Here are a few: 1) the number of actual stitches in the design. 2) Any digitizing costs related to the design. 3) the quantities of items being purchased.
What is digitizing?
Digitizing is both a technical and creative process. It's much more difficult and time consuming than most people think. It is NOT scanning, nor a simple copying process. It begins by converting artwork possibly from a scan or graphic file and converting that into digital codes. The digitizer has to create the design in such a way that it can tell or relay to the embroidery machine where every stitch, color change, etc is to be placed. So the embroidery machine will know how and where to sew, including when and where to switch or stop. Our digitizers have been in the business for over 20 years, so you can be assured of your design/logo is being done by a knowledgeable, quality driven staff.
Can all the garments and item you sell be embroidered, screened, or lasered?
Yes and No. Every item you see available can be embroidered. Most items you see available can be screen printed. Some items listed in our site can be lasered. Lasering is a new technology and is very precise, and also very selective on the fabrics on which it works. It work's best on garments that contain a certain percentage of natural material. For instance, it works and looks great on denims and fleece, like a blanket or sweatshirt. This service is mainly offered to corporations and our ASI affiliates when larger quantities are ordered and setup fees are charged.
